The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to ski slopes, town centre, and restaurants. the rooms were clean and spacious, and some even had balconies with lovely views. the hotel also had great facilities such as a boot drying area, ski storage, and a fridge freezer on each floor to use.

The kitchen facilities were a bit lacking, with only one microwave and two hobs. It would've been better if there had been an oven available to use.

Nice villa, spacious family studio with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lovely hillside view. Helpful staff, provided clear instructions for late check-in. Shared kitchen and fridge available for cooking and dining. Kids loved the big trampoline in the backyard. Conveniently located near thermal spa, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Our stay at Willa Nad Potokiem was very enjoyable. The location was excellent, allowing us easy access to the ski slopes, town center, and restaurants. We loved the layout of the house and found it to be clean and spacious. The boot drying area and ski storage facilities were convenient, and we appreciated the fridge freezers on each floor. The views from our balcony were incredible. we had a great time and would recommend this place for a ski trip.

Stayed at a lovely villa, just a few steps from the main street. the value for money was great, with excellent heating and warm rooms. the big and clean toilet was a plus. the whole place was tidy with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. the location was convenient, close to the ski resort, shops, and restaurants. the villa had ski equipment lockers and a large self-catering area. the hosts were friendly and even gave us a lift back to Krakow.

We'll definitely be returning next season. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.

The shared refrigerator and kitchen were a nice touch, and the trampoline in the back yard was a hit with the kids. a great place to stay with nearby amenities and attractions.

The facilities at this place were great. The modern and well-equipped bathrooms were clean and tidy. Comfy beds and a pleasant carpet in the rooms made it feel cozy. The rooms were well-heated, which was perfect considering the freezing temperature outside. We also enjoyed having a family room with two separate rooms, a refrigerator in the room, and a common kitchen. The big common room was perfect for eating, playing games, and having fun with friends and family. The option to have homemade meals delivered to us was convenient and reasonably priced. We also liked the proximity to Bania Club and the Thermal facilities, which made it easy to go out for drinks, dancing, or relaxation.

We felt relaxed during our stay, as the staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.

The view from the window was beautiful, and parking was available right next to the entrance.

We wished there were darker curtains in the room, as the light woke us up very early in the morning. The lack of English-speaking guests or staff made communication a bit challenging.
